Membership Qualifications Membership Application Qualifications

  1. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, Malaysian citizens residing in the Klang Valley area.
  2. The Ten Counties refer to areas under the jurisdiction of Huizhou Prefecture (distinct from “Huizhou City”): Guishan (now Huiyang), Boluo, Haifeng, Lufeng, Heyuan, Longchuan, Heping, Changning (now Xinfeng), Yong'an (now Zijin) Counties, and Lianping Prefecture, totaling nine counties and one prefecture.
  3. Lifetime membership fee: RM 100 and Re-registration fee: RM 30.
  4. Applicants can only enjoy membership benefits after being accepted as lifetime members for at least one year.
  5. The proposer and seconder must be members of the association. r must be members of the association.
  6. Please attach a copy of your birth certificate, a copy of your identity card (front and back), and two passport-sized photos along with the application form. 
  7. Please ensure all information is completed. If there are any changes, kindly inform the association.
  8. The Executive Committee reserves the final approval right for membership applications, and all decisions are open to objection.The Executive Committee reserves the final authority to approve membership applications, and all decisions are final and cannot be contested.
